First off: Thanks, Bert, for getting the transfer of the domania.us files done. I can at last access my file manager and my sig is all back together in one piece.
But all these "user names" and "passwords" are about to drive me to drugs:-( I finally got my user name for this WP forum and the corresponding password worked out, thanks to the automatic new password function e-mailing it to me just recently.
But now I cannot access the regular Z-Box posting area using the same user-name and password. So I tried my domania.us username and password and that just gets me the "username doesn't exist" bologna. ARRRGH!!
All I wanted to do was THANK YOU for getting my account at domania.us to permit me entry once again and for my sig working again.
I also need to consult you regarding the "different" set-up Paul Ding had for the amount of storage space he alloted me. I never quite understood it and he never explained it to me. Perhpas I should e-mail you about this? Or? TIA,E&D

Whoops!!! posted my thank you too soon I gather as now my mid.gz, "Zombies" is NOT playing with my sig.
Also I am bitching because I cannot figure out how to simply read my original post so I can reply to it.
Something tells me I better just apologize about not being able to post another "Joker Capers" chapter tonight in the WoldPack and get off here before I pop a gut! Sorry, Bert, the heat got to me here in Portland.I'm not a Texan or a heat lover of any degree(!) and I better just wait until tmorrow to carry on any further about the missing mid.gz. E&D

Sounds and looks like my sig and mid.gz are now working together on the board at the WP. The url's on my music file page at domania.us for the mid.gz and the one in my sig box looked the same, but I c/c/p'ed the one from my music file page and replaced the one in my sig box with the c/c/p'ed one, and now the sig posts with the mid.gz playing on the WP board. So for now I'm a much happier camper, Bert. E&D

Hi, Ellen! Nice to see some life here!
Bert is usually peeking around some corner here, but I don't see him right now.
I remember that our storage space was wrong for a while, and somebody set up a page called the "Gas Gauge," so that we could go and see how much space we actually had. For me, though, it seems like my storage space as seen in the File Manager, is correct now. But it WAS wrong there for a while. Does any of that ring any kind of bell?

Well Hi, Kat! I have not re-checked my storage space but the last time I did, it was still showing a larger amount than I had paid for! So why am I questioning this arrangement, you might be asking, right? Well, since I'm not using it, I figure it ought to be somewhere where someone who needs it, will. Also, I'm wondering exactly how Bert will handle my available storage when my next yearly fee comes due, to Bert I mean, this round! p.s. thankx for taking the time to respond, Kat! Especially to a "vent!" E&D

Haha! Ellen, doesn't look like I got back in too timely a fashion, huh.
I have the URL for this forum filed under "newsgroups," and most stuff like that I get to other ways. I need to put it in a handier place.
I hope you got everything straightened out? I haven't looked at anything about my account lately. I just use my space and go on. I guess that is what you call uninformed. I probably should check things a little SOME time before I am due to pay for it again in the spring.

Hey Kat! Columbus Day came and went, with it my nephew's birthday which I completely overlooked, and, of course, your reply here! To answer your ? = No it is not yet straightened out that I can see from looking at my File Manager's Page. It says : "Your account is paid through January 1, l972" (!!) And I have "200032kb available space" (!!!) Go figure! Thanks again for peeking in here and replying. Onto grocery shopping today:-) E&D

Well, I should reply in here more often. That is what is wrong with this place, nobody ever comes by.
But I do think it is fantastic that Diana's Lady and Silver alt.discuss group is still going. Like CB's very good replacements for the original group, this forum is still kind of on hold. I guess that is GOOD news.
It is a hot night in the Dallas Metroplex for this time of the year. I have the fan on, and my daughter swears she is not going to turn on the air conditioner any more this year.
Oh, well. we could enjoy this warmth if we tried.
